This is the highest level of membership, and it is awarded to those who have been evaluated by PADSK and are qualified to practice as a DB on national and international projects. You must have a strong understanding of the ethics, procedures, and regulations governing DB for construction and ADR in Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Submit your curriculum vitae and work experience
- Attend the PADSK advanced training and pass the assessment
- Complete the exercises provided by the PADSK committee and return them to the committee within 14 calendar days of receiving them
- Have at least 5 years of experience in DB, arbitration, and other ADRs
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the implementation, control, and management of construction contracts
- Have been status as a Member of Institut Dewan Sengketa Konstruksi (MIDSK) for at least 2 years
- Be recommended by two senior PADSK members (FIDSK)
- Sign the PADSK Code of Ethics and Integrity Agreement
