This is the first level of membership. To qualify, you must have a minimum understanding of Dispute Board (DB) of Construction, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and the Indonesian regulations governing DB for construction. You are interested in developing a career in construction dispute resolution.
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Submit your curriculum vitae and work experience
- Complete the exercises provided by the PADSK committee and return them to the committee within 14 calendar days of receiving them
Benefits:
- Privilege to use the Designatory Letters: Associate Institut Dewan Sengketa Konstruksi (AIDSK)
- Access to the PADSK website (limited access as per PADSK regulations)
- Receive up-to-date information on PADSK activities, training, and publications
- Be eligible to participate in the PADSK advanced training program to become a Member
- Be proposed by PADSK to join the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), subject to additional costs for the member (DRBF membership fees are not included in the annual investment for PADSK Member level)
